The system rejects any pick that never appeared at that specific tournament, so simply naming the most famous footballers is not enough. Knowing which legends were present at a given cup is what separates a casual guess from a strong lineup.

When the team is locked in, the simulator calculates a final scoreline using player ratings, era strength, and opponent quality.
