Love Meter takes sharing privacy seriously, which is unusual for the love-test category. Most free name games either store the pair of names in the URL — making the result trivially Google-able — or post the result openly on a public profile. Love Meter does neither. Every shared result is gated behind an unguessable public token, and the public landing page is rendered as noindex, so search engines are explicitly told not to index it.

The privacy design inside Love Meter starts with the token. When a user generates a share link for their result, Love Meter creates a long, random token tied to that specific score and Couple Type. The public page reached through that token shows only safe summary fields: the Love Score, the Chemistry Score, the Couple Type, and the brand mark. The raw pair of names — Your name and Their name — never appear on the shared page. That single design choice inside Love Meter eliminates the most common accidental-doxxing risk in the category.

The second layer of Love Meter's privacy posture is the noindex directive. Search engine crawlers that arrive at a shared result page see a meta tag instructing them not to index the URL. That means a shared Love Meter result does not end up in search results for either of the names involved, even if a curious friend posts the link publicly. For users who worry about a playful test showing up in a future employer search, that guarantee is reassuring.

The third layer inside Love Meter is the optional Web Share API path. On mobile, the Web Share sheet lets a user send the result directly to a specific contact via iMessage or WhatsApp without ever exposing the link publicly. For desktop users, the copy-link and PNG-download paths both produce the same unguessable token, so any of the three share controls inside Love Meter land the recipient on the same privacy-respecting summary page.
