Golden Ratio Face is a browser-based facial analysis tool that uses classical phi geometry (1.618) as a benchmark for three specific facial proportions. Hosted at https://pslscale.com/golden-ratio-face as part of PSL Scale, it accepts a clear front-facing photo (JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB) and returns a numeric harmony score together with three sub-scores and a written AI interpretation.
The three measurements are face height ratio (upper face vs lower face), eye-to-mouth ratio (outer eye span vs mouth width), and philtrum-to-nose ratio (total nose length vs philtrum). Each ratio is rated on closeness to phi, with the three ratings averaged into the overall harmony percentage. Golden Ratio Face uses MediaPipe for landmark detection. The model runs in the browser, so the photo is processed locally and the original image is not stored on the server. Only normalised landmark coordinates and a few image-quality numbers are sent to a selected OpenRouter model that produces the AI commentary. A free preview appears before any credit is charged; a completed report costs 10 credits on the PSL Scale credit system.
